Late arrival, cancellation and no-shows

When arriving late or cancelling your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, it impacts ÜberChic and our ability to serve other clients properly. We strive to give the best treatment possible to each and every client and to ensure this happens, we have implemented a few rules.

Late arrival

Appointments are reserved exclusively for you and to honor each guest’s experience, late arrivals will only receive time remaining of their appointment. This means that depending on how late you are, some steps of your service will need to be forfeited as to end your appointment at the scheduled time (in most cases the massage and/or lotion application will be skipped).Please note that there will not be a discount for a shortened service.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment depending on how booked up our schedule is.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please kindly give us at least 24 hours in advance notice.

We understand that emergencies happen that require last minute cancellations. With respect to this, we base our cancellation policy on not one but two canceled appointments. When you cancel two appointments with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the scheduled services and will ask for a credit card to book future appointments.

No-shows

If you no-show for a booked appointment, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service and will require a credit card for all future bookings.
